As you are likely aware, the COVID-19 Coronavirus is making its way around the world. At Toronto Orthotics & My Toronto Chiropractor, we are taking steps to help prevent the spread of the virus to help protect our patients, staff and the community.

If you have an upcoming appointment and are feeling unwell…
If you are scheduled for an appointment and are feeling unwell with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, cough, sneezing or difficulty breathing or if you have been in close contact with someone with those symptoms, please refrain from attending any appointments or accompanying patients to their appointment.

If you have travelled in the last 14 days, please reschedule your appointment at least 14 days from now, either online or by calling us at 647-444-4909.

Steps Toronto Orthotics & My Toronto Chiropractor are Taking:

We have implemented heightened cleaning regimens including the frequent disinfection of frequently touched surfaces and we have added additional hand disinfectant dispensers at the front reception area. Dr. Horowitz is keeping up with updates from Health Canada to ensure that we are taking appropriate precautions, as new information becomes available.

What You Can Do If You Are Visiting Toronto Orthotics or My Toronto Chiropractor for an Appointment:

We ask that you help keep the environment as safe as possible for our other patients as we have elderly patients and patients with compromised immune systems, who are at an increased risk of suffering serious disease, should they contract COVID-19 or even the common flu.

Upon arrival at our clinic, we ask that you disinfect your hands by washing and or by using hand sanitizer. Please repeat this process should you touch your eyes, nose or mouth. If you would like a mask during your treatment, let us know and we will provide you with one.
