At menopause, women tend to develop knee pain and hip pain more commonly than men, which is thought to be related to hormonal changes.

Arthritis often affects the weight-bearing joints, such as the hips, knees and foot joints but also affect the forearm and wrist areas.

Joint pain of Arthritis is often felt in the morning as an ache and stiffness that lasts approximately 30 minutes and gets better as we move around.
